The Learning and Performance Institute offers expertise in needs assessment, instructional design, training program development, and implementation of knowledge transfer. We use a comprehensive design framework to ensure our customized designs address behavioral, knowledge, skills, abilities and performance needs. Our customized program designs are flexible and adaptable to ensure results will be attained within the organizations unique cultural environment. Designs are developed within the context of the client's overall learning and development strategy to ensure integration between training and other learning and development goals and activities. Our designs can incorporate a number of learning processes and activities that include, but are not limited to action and applied learning, project based assignments, experiential learning, simulations, role plays, assessments, and coaching and feedback sessions.
