Process for Qualifying Consultants

The Learning and Performance Institute (LPI) works with only the very best consultants to provide an unparalleled resource to support client organizational initiatives. If you feel that you are one of the best consultants in your field then take the time to complete the application and submit it for our processing.

All interested individuals must electronically submit the following to support their application:
  • Filled in application form
  • Curriculum vita/resume that describes your related work experience and qualifications
  • 3 references that can attest to the quality of your work and professionalism

Once we have your complete application we will review the application and your attached curriculum vita/resume.

The next step in the process is for us to check your consulting references and background checks.

Finally we contact you to confirm our understanding of your areas of expertise, your expected rate of remuneration and other pertinent information. At this point we will request a short bio and picture to allow us to represent you as one of our potential consultants for a given assignment.

Once the process is complete you are added to the consultants database and are considered for opportunities that match your areas of expertise.
