An employee from the Learning and Performance Institute connects with the client organization to determine training and development needs and objectives. A service fee is agreed to by the client organization and the Learning and Performance Institute to provide instructor resources to meet the training objectives. The Institute then identifies one or more potential instructors to design, develop and deliver a program for the client. The Learning and Performance Institute works with the client to determine which instructor would best meet the needs of the organization and then contracts with the client to deliver the program. The Institute monitors the progress of the design and development phase, and works closely with both the client and the instructor. Once the program design is complete, the program is delivered to the client organization and the Learning and Performance Institute provides a follow-up service to ensure the program receives positive evaluations. The Learning and Performance Institute can also provide support for logistics, marketing and/or on-site management responsibilities per the contract agreement with the client.
