Mark started at HRD Press in August of 2004 and has served a variety of roles including Product Manager, National Sales Manager, and his current position as the Vice President of the Performance Technology Group where he supports the activities of an international group of independent Human Resource and Management Consultants. Graduating from the University of Massachusetts in 1996 he spent two years in retail management before returning to the University in the position of Assistant Director of Strategic Partnerships.

Mark has spoken and presented to national human resource and training organizations as well as providing expertise in areas such as Performance Management, Leadership, Communication, Training ROI, and Conflict Resolution to hundreds of organizations in the Fortune 1000, local association chapters, and small businesses. He is a member of ASTD, and is serving as a judge for the Brandon Hall Excellence in Learning Awards for the second consecutive year.
