Judy Griffith, MBA, CHRP

Judy Griffith is a human resources professional with 25 years operational and consulting experience in both the public and private sectors. She assists clients in successfully developing leaders and navigating change initiatives. As facilitator, educator, coach and consultant, she works with leaders and their teams to translate strategy into results. Judy has designed, developed and delivered numerous leadership programs for universities in the executive education area as well as to leadership teams in the private sector. The content for the programs has focused on increasing competencies in effective leadership, leading change, coaching for results and talent management.

Judy holds a Masters in Business Administration degree from Rotman School of Management, University of Toronto. As well, she has completed both the Advanced Program in Managing Strategic Change at Rotman and the Queen's Executive General Management Program. She is a Certified Human Resources Professional, a member of the International Coaches Federation, a Certified Trainer of NLP and an Adler Certified Professional Coach. She is also certified in BarOn EQi, a diagnostic, which measures individual or organizational Emotional Intelligence.
