Jennifer Leake, CSE

Jennifer Leake is our Assessment Pro and brings almost 20 years of training experience and a strong ability to diagnose the people needs of an organization. A seasoned facilitator and trainer, she is certified in a variety of assessment tools. A graduate of St. John's University, College of Pharmacy, she spent 12 years in retail and pharmaceutical sales. Because of her experiences as an employee and manager in both large and small businesses, she recognized there is a missing piece to hiring, managing and training employees.

She is a specialist in helping organizations implement systems and processes to enhance employee productivity and company profitability. She helps companies choose and utilize the most appropriate assessment to fine-tune their selection process with better job fit, build staff performance and team unity, and develop stronger managers who can motivate and manage people. An information resource on people, she helps clients make more informed hiring, training and managing decisions about their employees and candidates.

She is a Professional Member, the Institute of Management Consultants (IMC), the premier professional association of management consultants in the United States. IMC USA standards and ethics have been approved by the International Council of Management Consulting Institutes.
