Dawn Ringrose is President of Dawn Ringrose & Associates Inc. She has worked as a management consultant for the past twenty-four years with both large international firms and her own company. Today, she specializes in implementing quality management systems with clients in the private, public, and not-for-profit sector.

For the past eight years, Dawn has spearheaded the excellence learning program at the Business Link, and most recently Entrepreneurship Learning Centres. In 2005, she was recognized by the Quality Council of Alberta for her work, as Board Member and Chair and dedication to the quality field, with the inaugural Quality and Excellence Builder Award. In addition to her work with the Quality Council of Alberta, Dawn works closely with the National Quality Institute whose models form the basis for the Premiers Award of Excellence program in the Alberta public sector.

Dawn has a Masters of Business Administration degree and a number or professional designations including: Fellow Certified Management Consultant (ICMCA), Registered ISO 9000 Specialist (CAMC), Assessor of Quality Systems (IQA IRCA), Certified Seminar Leader (ATEC), and Certified Excellence Professional (NQI).
